The Kids’ Cancer Project is an independent national charity supporting childhood cancer research with thanks to the generosity of people and communities all over Australia.
Col Reynolds OAM, retired coach driver and founder of The Kids’ Cancer Project wants to raise awareness and encourage more people to support scientific childhood cancer research.
“I learned many years ago that scientific research is the only way we can help children overcome this disease,” he said. “The Kids’ Cancer Project has been able to donate $34 million into childhood cancer research since 1993. And we could never have done that without the support of everyday Australians.”
Each year, 950 kids are diagnosed with the disease in this country. Exciting breakthroughs in scientific research funded by The Kids’ Cancer Project are already uncovering better treatments and will ultimately find a cure for the indiscriminate disease.
